I.
The moonshine
cast its thousands rays
Over the guitarist by the rocky shore,
Melody resounds but his heart quietly prays;
Silent prayer – this and nothing more.
Wistful tunes or tunes of greatest glee
Oft cease to exist - immersed in Cicada’s song
In this fairy kingdom by the sea,
Where only magic does well belong.
She came by with flitting pace
Rested, while spirits were still untouched;
Watching land mingle with Space,
And the guitarist hands still clutched.
Rays gleaming through her raven hair,
He turned to her seablue eyes fair,
And away she goes; away so soon?
He stood still, under the fairest moon.
II.
The pale moon is
slowly descending
Cicada’s songs still hum the night
The poet’s hand pursue its ascending
While reflection was setting the land alight.
Again she came with a fluttering soul
By the rocky shore where the guitarist sat;
Approaching with silentious stroll
Smiling - as if they have never met.
She was, he was, of heavenly creation -
As all Nature’s artworks of life are –
As all Nature’s artworks of life are –
More remarkably in her elation
As though no misfortune could mar.
When smiling, they avowed the last rhyme -
Even this divine sanctuary from time
Cannot stop the dogged Sun’s reign,
They lonely left, but left each with his chain.
III.The
stars were claiming the skies up high,
The past days pictures were still the same:
She was still stepping by,
And he was still setting the guitar aflame.
Other wordily whispers spoke their hearts,
Needing not preposterous earthly yells –
Spirit stays and substance parts
While seraphs ring their bells.
She gently signed – ‘tis time to part!
He quickly stood and snatched her hand,
Slowly kissed and slowly let her depart –
Abruptly stopping, she invited to leave the strand:
Walking together till the withering dawn;
Finally separated on his apartment’s lawn
‘Twas the first time she spoke: “Goodbye”
And he knew what spoke her loving eye.
IV.The last crescent left the celestial vault,
It was dark – dark on the rocky shore;
And light, which their hearts will constantly exalt,
Bringing joy – this and nothing more.
Gone was the ensnaring Cicada’s song
Lonely stood the harboured bay!
Empty pictures Nature desires not to long:
Thus calling feelings to meet yet another day.
In this fairy kingdom under the moon,
Blind
laws convoked the quite lovers again
To
enjoy each other hearts tune
Bringing
to this pictured kingdom their reign.
Thus
in the known sultry clime and late hour,
Lured
by Natures almighty power
Once
again gently, wordlessly they met
As
if all previously remembrance ‘twas reset.
V.Reflection made the surrounding sea glowing,
Pebbles
with pearly lustre were adorned,
As
the moon blessed them with its subtle growing;
Men-made
time was once again meekly scorned:
They
wordlessly stood still, quietly still
On
the coast of celestial dreams;
Musing
tenderness unknown charming thrill
On
the coast of everlasting dreams.
With
but kindness and beauty that night
And
the hushed guitarist hand,
Cosmos
convened to put their hearts aright:
Embraced
- embraced on the rocky land.
And
the supreme star pointed to the morn –
And
the withering dawn ‘twas finally born:
Separating
for the light of day the sublime,
Until
they meet again in sensual clime.
VI. Where the solemn sea
entwined the sky
Moonlit
beams showed the path to heavens;
Each
night joyful they were coming by
To
walk the path – the path of heavens.
Cicada’s
songs were the only earthly sounds,
While
together they contemplated their souls;
Eyes
making the most profound bounds
Answering
Nature’s rightful calls:
A
bursting fire rising kindly, rising slowly –
Pallor
of the moon to volcanic glow turning –
Made
their essence taken wholly,
Ah
yes, ‘twas a kindred burning:
No
phrases to utter, or to compose a common song,
Eyes
spoke but words froze upon the tongue.
But
with all love and delights possessing,
They
needed not any spoken addressing.
VII.The comets falling were clear in the skies,
VII.The comets falling were clear in the skies,
The
moon was gone, soundly asleep,
The cold season was on its rightful rise
Cicada song hushed and hid in the deep.
Separation shrouded the luminous rays
The cold season was on its rightful rise
Cicada song hushed and hid in the deep.
Separation shrouded the luminous rays
Over
the beloved by the rocky shore,
Melody resounds but love quietly prays
Silent prayer – this and nothing more.
She departed with flitting pace,
Melody resounds but love quietly prays
Silent prayer – this and nothing more.
She departed with flitting pace,
Elated,
while spirits were still untouched,
Feeling love reaching outer Space,
While the guitarist’s hands trembled, unclutched.
And away they go; away so soon
Feeling love reaching outer Space,
While the guitarist’s hands trembled, unclutched.
And away they go; away so soon
Do they lonely stand under the fair moon?
Empty pictures Nature desires not to long,
'Twas but fairy magic all along.
